1. Introduction

Our Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between Cogent Ed, Inc.("Us", "We" or "Our") and you ("User," "Users," "your," or "yours"). By creating an account and using our App, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these T&C.

2. Registration

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your phone number, email address, and any additional details while registering for our App. If any details change, you must update your data and notify us at contact@joincogent.com.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to register for and use our App. If under this age, your parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.

4. Use of Our App

• Only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may upload text, graphics, photos, and other content.
• Prohibited activities include hacking, harassment, illegal content, and copyright infringement.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of our App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

By purchasing premium features or subscriptions, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policies:

• Refunds will not be granted if you have used any premium feature at least once.
• You are eligible for a refund only if you request it within three (3) days of the initial transaction, and it must be your first transaction for the subscription.
• If the refund process incurs any transaction or processing fees on our end, you will be responsible for covering those costs.
• If you dispute a charge instead of requesting a refund and we incur chargeback fees, you will be required to reimburse all related fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any lost profits, special, indirect, or incidental damages related to your use of our App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cogent Ed, Inc.from any damages, losses, and expenses related to your use of our services.

11. Amendments
